Over the many years that we have been performing successful plastic and cosmetic procedures in the Tampa Bay area, much of our success can be attributed to our professional staff.

	Ann Danner Ann is typically the first person you meet at our office. Ann loves meeting new people and making them feel at home. Her 16 years as a reservations agent with Delta Airlines proved to be a great foundation for excellence in customer service. She is extremely personable and has become very knowledgeable about procedures and is always available to assist you. She will answer the phone when you call and greet you when you arrive. Ann will work to ensure that you are provided with the necessary information to have a safe, informed, and positive experience at our center. She and Michelle make the front desk team a great success.
	Michelle White Michelle joined our staff in February of 2008. She has been involved in patient care and office administration for 5 years. Michelle joins us from Ohio and is glad to be in the Florida sun. She and her husband have settled in Tampa quite happily and her family has a long history of Tampa residency. Her grandfather owns the popular Head Flags which not only sells retail flags but proudly equips Macdill Air Force Base as well. Michelle does an excellent job of juggling all the needs of the patients at our MediSpa. She is great at scheduling and can usually find you a time that works with your busy schedule. Michelle is focused on ensuring your experience with us is a pleasant and relaxed.
	Barbara Fountain A Tampa native, Barbara has worked with Dr. Farrior since he began his practice. She has over 25 years of experience as a nursing assistant in Facial Plastic Surgery. Barbara is a Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA), and a graduate of the Home Health Aid Program. Barbara has been a source of support and comfort for our patients for many years and has worked tirelessly to help ensure patient welfare and satisfaction. Barbara has six children, nine grandchildren, and nine great grands! Barbara is very active in the Evening Star Missionary Baptist Church and enjoys volunteering for community projects with young people.
	Carolyn Agnew Carolyn is an Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner (ARNP). She graces us from our Northern neighbor, Prince Edward Island, Canada. Carolyn received her Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from University of New Brunswick and her Master in Nursing/ARNP from the University of Tampa. She is certified through the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. Her previous nursing experience has been in oncology, medical/surgical travel nursing and critical care. Carolyn treats patients in need with Botox and filler injections, Intense Pulsed Light treatments for hair removal, skin discolorations from sun damage, rosacea, and more. She has done and continues to do extensive research with all the new laser and light treatments that are currently being offered. She treats many patients with the Lumenis fractional CO2 laser. Carolyn’s years of experience help patients achieve a more youthful appearance using a variety of cosmetic products and treatments.
	Erin Smith Erin is one of Dr. Farrior’s Patient Coordinators. She is a registered nurse with a Bachelor of Science degree from The University of Florida. In 2004, Erin joined Dr. Farrior as his Clinical Director and became a member of the Organization for Plastic Surgery Assistants soon there after. You will see Erin from your first consultation all the way through your surgical journey, including pre-operative instruction, operating room assistance to Dr. Farrior, immediate post-operative care and follow up attention to patients needs. Erin also takes care of behind the scenes clinical needs of the practice including risk management, certifications, and accreditations.
	Katharine Williams Kate is an Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner (ARNP). She is a Tampa native, married, with 2 children. She graduated from nursing school at the University of Florida and then received her Master in Nursing from the University of South Florida. Her previous nursing experience has been in the operating room, oncology, and pediatrics. Kate has been with the practice for over six years. Kate is highly experienced in the area of aesthetics and enjoys educating her clients on anti-aging techniques of skin care, as well as both surgical and non-surgical options for aesthetic enhancements. Kate has a proven track record of high quality performance, integrity and excellent results in her field. She is available to perform the treatments of various injectable fillers, Botox, Sclerotherapy (spider vein treatments), hair removal, Intense Pulsed Light photofacials for the treatment of sun damaged skin and our new Active FX fractional CO2 laser for skin tightening.
	Leonor Posada Wells Leonor is a native Floridian from Miami who has spent most of her life in South Tampa. She has been working with Dr. Farrior for over eight years. As the practice manager, she leads a highly-skilled and caring staff and oversees all aspects of running the practice. Her extensive experience working with the Doctor and her strong background in technology and customer service, help her facilitate open communication to ensure smooth functioning of the office. Leo is a valuable member of the team and an important resource for patients. You will find her to be most helpful with any questions or concerns you may have regarding our practice. Leo is also an active “Big Sister” mentor through the Big Brothers Big Sisters of America program.
	Noel DiMisa Noel fills several roles in Dr. Farrior’s practice and brings great added value to the services we offer. She has over 18 years experience in the medical field and offers high quality patient care. Noel first came to us as our front office coordinator. This provided her with extensive understanding and knowledge regarding cosmetic surgical procedures and skincare options. You will find that she often provides a thorough pre-consult when you call to schedule an appointment and can provide a wealth of information to you prior to your arrival at our center. Noel is also a licensed esthetician who has enhanced her skills and credentials to provide you with therapeutic facial services and relaxing spa treatments. Noel specializes in personalized skin care analysis. She works closely with Dr. Farrior in order to design individualized healing and rejuvenating programs which best address your needs. She enjoys educating and supporting you throughout your experience at Dr. Farrior’s office and is an enthusiastic member of his team.
