The center was established in 1989 and relocated to 2908 West Azeele Street in 1998. The Farrior Facial Plastic and Cosmetic Surgery Center is committed to excellence in the care of the plastic surgery patient and it is this commitment that sets us apart.

Fifteen years of surgical experience propagated the current design of our surgical suite, which includes a convenient, confidential, private family waiting area. Our state of the art equipped surgical and recovery center has received full accreditation through the Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care Center.

After surgery, patients may elect to stay one or more days at La Casita, a private, relaxing, modern home adjacent to our surgical center. La Casita consists of two bedroom suites, family room, and fully equipped kitchen and laundry area. A qualified medical assistant will attend to them during their stay at La Casita.

Our easy access location, 2908 West Azeele Street, Tampa, Florida, one block east of MacDill Avenue, is convenient from I-4, I-275 and the Tampa International Airport.
